Have you wondered what parents can do to help plan for their child’s transition from high school to postsecondary education? Come join us to learn about tips, resources and information to help you work with your child to make decisions about planning for life after high school, help you plan for your child’s transition from high school to adult life, understand and participate in the Individual Transition Plan (ITP) meeting and work with schools and community agencies to help pave the way for education after high school.
