Have you ever wondered what parents can do to help plan for their child’s transition from high school to adulthood? Come join us to learn about resources and information to help you understand and participate in developing the Individual Transition Plan, work with schools and agencies such as the Social Security Administration, Department of Rehabilitation, and Regional Center to support your child as he/she transition into adulthood, and strategies to help your child live independently and become a stronger self-advocate.
